With formation of 13 new regions, AP currently has 26 areas
The Andhra Pradesh (AP) government provided a fundamental warning for production of 13 new income areas in exercise of its powers underSection.3 (5) of AP Districts (Formation) Act of1974on Wednesday.It called for accommodation of complaints and ideas from people dwelling in those regions recorded as a hard copy inside 30 days of this notice.
When the last notificationis distributed, the absolute number of locale will go up to 26.As per a G.O. issuedby Chief Secretary Sameer Sharma, the arrangement of new regions is to work with better organization and advancement of the areas worried by decreasing/adjusting the limits of the respectivedistricts/income divisions.The proposed locale and their base camp given in sections:
Manyam area (Parvatipuram)
Alluri Sitarama Raju area (Paderu)
(Anakapalli)
(Kakinada)
Konaseema (Amalapuram)
(Eluru)
NTR area (Vijayawada)
(Bapatla)
Palnadu (Narsaraopet)
(Nandyal)
Sri Satyasai area (Puttaparthy)
Annamayya area (Rayachoty)
Sri Balaji area (Tirupati).Sri Balaji locale will have Tirupati division from Chittoor region and Gudur and Naidupet divisions from Nellore district.Eluru region will have Eluru and Jangareddygudem divisions presently in West Godavari region, and Nuzvid division from Krishna region. NTR area will comprise of Vijayawada, Nandigama, and Tiruvuru divisions, all from the current Krishna district.Nandyal, Dhone, and Atmakur divisions will shape the Nandyal region. Sri Satyasai area will have Puttaparthy, Penukonda, and Dharmavaram divisions from Anantapur.
Annamayya locale will have Madanapalli division from Chittoor area and Rayachoti and Rajampet divisions from Kadapa district.Manyam region will have Palakonda and Parvatipuram income divisions cut out of Srikakulam and Vizianagaram areas respectively.Alluri Sitarama Raju region will have Paderu and Rampachodavaram divisions from Visakhapatnam and East Godavari districts.Anakapalli and Narsipatnam divisions, both from Visakhapatnam region, will comprise Anakapalli region. Kakinada area will have Kakinada and Peddapuram divisions from East Godavari (E.G) Amalapuram and Ramachandrapuram divisions in E.G will make the new Konaseema district.Bapatla region will have Chirala and Bapatla divisions from Prakasam and Guntur locale individually. Palnadu locale will contain Gurazala and Narsaraopet divisions both from Guntur region.
